Christmas Eve dinner of appetizers.
Christmas Eve Program: Luke 2 with a live nativity by the young girls, A Christmas Dress for Ellen, That Thine Alms May Be In Secret, carols sung, and the old record "Merry Christmas Santy Claw" heard.
We watched "It's a Wonderful Life" after the program was over. We started it with lots of laughter and comments like,
"Why isn't it in color?"
"We talk about getting it in color every year."
After trying to get it in color but then having it come on in French, my dad said, "Next year lets get the English version."
Christmas morning: perfect with snow.
Breakfast, stockings, presents.
Dahl and Kelly in their Snuggie.
Jessie got her pink sparkly clock, Thomas the Train, and skateboard.
Jessie gave $1.00 presents to everyone. Here she hugging Uncle Jacob after she gave him a mini basketball hoop and ball.
Bryan received a IPAD mini! Thank you to Mom and Dad, Grandpa and Grandma Salmon, and Bryan (I guess!) for it! Bryan loves electronics but we never buy them. I surprised him with this and he spent the rest of the afternoon playing with it.
Thank you again family for all of your wonderful gifts! It was a very blessed Christmas!
Jessie helped Grandpa Salmon carve the turkey for Christmas dinner.
The Low's are so nice and always give gifts at Christmas. They gave Jessie a cute tea set.
